The dress also has Hook and Loop fastener closures on the back and an attached coat that features a printed name badge. There is an attached pink petticoat under the Polka Dot skirt. To finish the Dottie “Doc” Mcstuffins look is a matching pink headband with purple bow and flower decorations.
