High Expectations

So you know a young aviator wanna-be, eh? We're not surprised. Our youths were filled with daydreams of flying sky-high, zipping through clouds, and pulling some killer maneuvers. Big planes, little planes, jets, helicopters, it didn't matter. If it flew, it was awesome. Which, by proxy, made all people who flew the flying machines awesome. Wright brothers? Super cool. Jimmy Doolittle? A boss. But no one could possibly compare to the amazing, the motivated, the inspiring: Amelia Earhart. 

First woman pilot across the Atlantic? Author, instructor, and activist? This woman was the bee's knees. So, it would make perfect sense to us if your little flier wanted to not only be a pilot but to be Amelia Earhart herself. Of course, that's impossible. Your little passionate pilot can't go back in time, let alone become another person. And they're probably not yet qualified to fly an actual plane yet... you know, how about we just help them look like Amelia Earhart?

Letting your kid dress up like their favorite pilot is easy with our Child Amelia Earhart/Aviator costume. Your young aviator will look just like Amelia when they don these fancy trousers that bulge out around the hip (called Jodhpurs in case you were wondering), this brown jacket with faux fur cuffs and collar, a long white scarf, and of course, the quintessential aviator cap and goggles. Sure, they might only be flying invisible bi-planes around the backyard for now, but at least they'll look like a proper pilot.

Even though it might take years for your little flying-fan to get to the point where they're actually flying some type of vehicle, it doesn't mean they can't look and feel like their favorite pilot in the meantime... just make sure if your kid leaves the backyard that they've got their GPS, alright?
