Working for the Big Guy
Being part of a union, the elves really do have a lot of say in how things are run at the North Pole. Not only do they make sure there is plenty of cocoa and cookies in the break rooms, but they also arrange a lot of the annual snowball fight championships. You would be surprised at how hard some of those guys can throw a snowball!
The great work-life balance, the wonderful, cheerful atmosphere, and the fact that they are working for the most generous man to ever be made up all work together to make the elves some of the happiest workers in the world!
