Remember that classic cartoon where a coyote tries to catch up with a certain speedy roadrunner? It's a good thing for coyotes that they don't live in the same area as an ostrich! An ostrich is crazy fast: It can easily reach speeds of up to forty-three miles per hour, which is twice as fast as a roadrunner. Plus, it can be anywhere from six feet to nine feet tall and has a super powerful kick that it uses to ward off predators. Nobody, not even a hungry coyote, wants a huge bird running full speed at them to stomp them into the ground.

Become the ultimate big bird when you wear this exclusive Kid's Ostrich Costume! The polyester tunic is made of soft black polyester and is gently stuffed to give it the shape of a bird's body. It's sewn with a long neck made of stuffed gray fabric that ends in a headpiece shaped like an ostrich's head and decorated with button eyes and a stuffed beak. The gray pants feature an elastic waistband and attached foot coves shaped like ostrich feet. Each foot cover secures under your shoe with an elastic band.
