There's that old debate about the function of bosses and leaders... how one pushes people forward from behind with demands and expectations, creating a sense of dissatisfaction and distrust.  Then, the other stands a the front and guides folks forward, acting as an example and inspiring hope and a commitment to performing well in order to repay the respect given to them.

Obviously, one seems to be a good deal more effective!  Of course, that doesn't really take a third option into consideration.  There is, of course, the Mob Don.  Somehow, this enigmatic figure manages to be in both places at once!  A member of the family who puts themselves on the line just as much as the rest of the crime family and yet also in the back, ruling over all with a grimace and aura of fear.

Precisely how you want to manage your organization is ultimately up to you, but we just think that you should do it in style.  That's why we're here to offer you this Mob Boss Men's Costume.  This black and white suit combination features a double prested pinstripe jacket with wide lapels and matching pants.  The pullover black shirt has a sharp pointed collar and an attached brilliant red necktie (not the Columbian variety).  Somehow, the suspenders are a crucial aspect to any mobster's regalia, thus you won't be denied that, here!  Not an outright obligation, but we do recommend a good derby hat and a tommy gun.  (Just in case.)
