Everyone faces some really tough times in their lives and may need to just break things up with something new. Something to get their mind off the troubles that they’re dealing with in order to find some peace and, eventually, face those troubles head on and find their way to a bit of bliss again. Now, we all deal with this in different ways. Some of us need to dive head first into an endless vat of ice cream. (That is our personal favorite, even for when we’re having perfectly normal days, actually.) Others may need to distract themselves with some good old fashioned physical activity.
