The Pumpkin-Vasion
First, it was subtle. An extra pumpkin pie would show up during the holiday. You'd see a few extra Jack O' Lanterns during Halloween. Then, it started ramping up. Pumpkin spice found its way into lattes. You couldn't go more than a few steps without a coffee shop showcasing their newest drink with pumpkin spice. Then, the true pumpkin-vasion began! Pumpkin conquered lip balms, breakfast cereals, and air fresheners! Pumpkin hair conditioner, pumpkin ale, pumpkin spice deodorant! Now, those wily pumpkins have gone into full frenzy mode and they've invaded this sweater with extreme prejudice!
