THE POLICE
So, you want to be a police officer? That's awesome. Congratulations! The process is not easy. First, you'll have to pass a background check, so we hope the idea of a background check doesn't make you cringe! But hey, what could you have to hide? You want to be a police officer, after all, we're sure your record is pristine! You'll also be put through a psych evaluation, just to make sure that you are the right fit for the job!
After the background check, you can look into getting your degree or academy training. This is pretty much the long, hard process where you learn everything you'd need to know about being a cop. Even after this, you're still not quite ready. First, you'll have to complete the POST exam. But, after you complete this rather intense examination, you are ready to go to work protecting your community! A piece of cake, right? You might want to get a uniform ready!
