The knee-length dress is made of light blue fabric spangled with printed red flowers. It looks almost too sweet for words when worn under the white pinafore with its ruffled neckline and red stitching at the hem. The pinafore's straps criss-cross in the back and it includes an attached waist tie long enough to loop into a bow. Pair the dress and the apron with the ruffly white bloomers and add the red and white striped socks. The only thing left to do is to clip on the wide blue hair bow!
