The one-piece dress fastens up the back and is designed to look like a top and a skirt combo. The sleeveless bodice is made of breathable yellow and white fabric that has been printed with red stitching detail and trimmed with oversized decorative buttons. The arm holes are embellished with ruffles of white lace. A wide tan ribbon acts as a belt around the waist, which has elastic in the back. A faux belt buckle printed with a steer's head is centered above the knee-length skirt. Blue mesh layers over a solid underskirt make it poufy and perfect for twirling, and the top layer is hemmed with black and white fabric printed in a cow pattern.
